on this site--the villa is licensed and inspected and we
have been inside. That said; there are some villas that
offer more "value" than others. Value can be a confusing
term; but we like to think of it as just more space,
amenities, location or beach quality for a given
price...compared to others with the same attributes. |

Kai Sound is a garage apartment attached to a much larger home that may or
may not be occupied by the owners. Strictly 2 maximum-- it is a very low
cost for basic accommodation; and the charm of the hosts is what makes it
nice. The hosts have a pool and are only a walk from the Kaibo Yacht Club |

6-8 people oceanfront with a pool for $2,350/wk? I have stayed here
myself and it offers great value-- and is especially useful as an add-on
home if you have a large family staying nearby at Calypso Blue, Windsong or
Far Tortuga.

Situated on a lot worth about $1,500,000; Seaside Sands has the best beach
and location-- 3 BR and a great screen porch. I have stayed with family
here-- couldn't be more convenient and the sunsets are awesome.

sleep 14 people and has TWO Kitchens-- at the rate it is an excellent value
-- clean and the manager lives almost next door-- he has a dock and knows
